This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium and St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital. The Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium is accredited by the Idaho Medical Association and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the activity, with individual assessments of the participant and feedback to the participant, enables the participant to earn 2.00 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.

This training will take approximately 2 hours to complete, and the original release date is 10/1/2019. Due to Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium (ACMEC) Requirements, this training will end on 12/31/2018. Software requirements include internet access and PDF viewing capability. For Part II MOC, completion data will be completed through the PARS System.
